New Craft Project!

I'm working on a new craft project for our bathroom in the new place. A friend's sister gave me the idea of drying and pressing various kinds of seaweed and then framing them in old wooden frames. Very simple and beachy - a bit of the ocean in the desert. I have been diligently adding to my shell and sea glass collection each time I go to the beach for about two years now. The arrangements below will also be displayed in our new bathroom. The picture of the sea weed in the sink are the plants that are currently being pressed and dried, and will eventually be frame-bound. Fun!
