I made bread! Sourdough bread, to be exact. It was fun, turned out well and made our apartment smell oh-so-yummy. If you have a little bit of extra time, I highly recommend it: total cost was approx. $1.50 and tasted so much better than store bought bread.

I have to admit...it was a box mix. So, not entirely homemade. haha But made at home, delicious and fresh nonetheless! :) **Big hugs to you too!**
Mmmm! I love sourdough bread. And that's a great price! What kind of box mix did you use?
It was tasty! I got it at the .99 cent store here in town, so not exactly sure what mix it was. Sorry! The next time I make a trip, I'll see if they still have them and pay better attention to the brand name. Now I'm curious!
