Indiana, Here We Come!

Jason and I are moving to Bloomington, IN in 4 short days as he will be pursuing his doctorate in Conducting at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University! It is a mega move and we are excited, anxious and everything in between.

Several people over the course of the last month have suggested that I blog about our travels, adventures, and new life as mid-westerners. Both born and raised in CA, these California kids have much to learn about pretty much everything in that part of the country. Neither one of us has ever lived out of state, let alone 2100 miles away from our hometown so everything we see and do will be fresh, shiny and new.

I'm excited to give this blog a new purpose and share our new life with our family and friends. I'll still post recipes now and again, but pics of where we've been, what new cool place we've discovered, stories and life updates as we navigate this new chapter, and everything in between will also find a home here. I hope you'll join us and follow along on our little journey -- it'll be so nice to have you along for the ride :)
