Let It Snow

We got 10 inches of snow on Friday and it is so beautiful here! Despite the fact that snow makes our lives much more difficult (shoveling, scraping, driving with the utmost caution which sometimes means traveling at no more than 20 mph on the highway, wearing extra layers of clothing, allowing extra time to get to and from your destination, the fun of taking Kobe out in single digit temperatures, etc) I love how the landscape transforms and takes on a whole new feel. Snow enhances the festive spirit of the season and makes Christmas seem...well, more Christmas-y :)  It is probably one of my favorite things about living here.
